Two things:
Public Japanese television station NHK is currently hosting a Kawaii Project survey. It seems like they are wanting to bring kawaii to the masses through Facebook and other services. Content looks like it could include tutorials, news, shopping service, and more. So, if you're interested in kawaii (the survey nicely explains that kawaii is more than just straight-up cute), go and take the survey! Let them know what you like, are interested in, and all that jazz. It's looks like it could be pretty neat if done well.
